What a great thread! The paint work on a lot of these cars is off the hook!

 

So I'm scrolling through and thinking "Wow, that is some awesome cross-cultural cross-pollination of different cultures" when I hit THIS picture and literally said out loud "holy shit!" THAT IS BEAUTIFUL!!

Yeah, It would be interesting to know what rules do apply....

From what Ive seen it doesnt appear to be a big issue - lots of the toll booths on the ETC (expressway) have LHD and RHD booths! I saw quite a few modern LHD drive cars in Tokyo.

 

I want to go back to Japan!
