I am totally blown away by this and am very intrigued. I thought the swedes had style, but damn. If anyone has any links to english translated websites of the car/music/art culture please pm me with them.

chances are they're not. The Japanese seem to be more detail oriented when they do things like this. Chances are they are more correct than a ton that are here.

  4. Raccoon dogs. Wow who would have thought. Its totally O/T but it made me think of the non-native American racoons that were released into German during the 30's I think and became a serious problem. Yes my mind does wander and get distracted easily!

    Toshi,
As in any culture, there are a few ignorant knuckleheads here. The vast majority of us couldn't give a rats ass about a hotrodders ethnicity, we just appreciate that our love of cars has gone beyond our borders. If you ever come to Hawaii you'll see people of all ancestries living the hot rod life, we are all brothers and you are more than welcome! Aloha!

  16. These pictures are awesome. Some of the paint jobs are out of control but I like them since they are not the normal for here.

This is what you get when you mix an American art form with the Japanese eye for proportion, balance, and design. Not to mention a very high level of craftmanship. Awesome cars and a great spin on a traditional look. They're cruising them to - not a folding chair in sight. Keep the pics coming!

Dude.....they don't even have Toyota junk yards!!!!!!!!!!!

They have to import COMPLETE cars, then import each part (paying top dollar, then big freight) just to get 'the look'......then the kustomizing starts!!!!!!

Heres more of the Zephyr for those who asked.
First pics is the first version, when it had diffrent headlight treatment, nicer wheels and no bumpers alng w/ single tone silver paint.
Car was built by Paradise Road.I like the 1st version better.
