I guess I don't know what you mean about refreshing the directories? I'd just like to see the pictures of the winning cars. Can you tell me how to do that?

I've placed the winners photos are in there respective directories, not in a separate one. Some web browsers will need to be told to 'refresh' (or reload) that directory page to get the new photos. Here's all the winners:
