That Alfa was flawless! I love when someone brings something that changes up the mix.

That green caddy that you posted the front grill of was my favorite car there. That thing was amazing.

Looks like great show... and drags too.

hey, since there is no drag strip at Pleasanton, why don't you see if we can do a few muddy hot laps around the horse track. that ought to liven things up a bit.

What a great batch of photos Kirk. I had too many irons in the fire to be able to make the trip over there last weekend but you gave us a real good look at what we wanted to see.

Very few of the Packard Light Eight made and only two body styles (there's a sedan as well as the cabriolet)- was meant as a "price leader", but turned out to be one of the nicest body styles (LOVE the radiator shell) and very sought-after!

thanks, what was the final car count?

  27. Kirk, thanks for taking all the pics! Beautiful stuff.

BTW, for anybody who wasn't there, this little Ford thing sounded royally pissed off! There was some other stuff there that sounded pretty healthy, but this car's engine sounded like Bruce Lee: a little guy who'd f**k you up and take your lunch money if you crossed him.

If I see the car up at Clearview again, I'll have to ask the owner about it. Really, really cool little car.

Thanks for the great pictures! It makes me feel as if I attended the event. There was some killer stuff there and a few that Fonz should have picked. Thanks again!
