photoshop challenge

There's a lot of great photoshop guru's on here. Could one of you guys help me make a friend that was in a bad accident feel better. I'll include a pic of him with a friends car and there is a pic of his truck on the "road to recovery" post. If you guys could maybe put his truck on a magazine cover, put him next to his truck with the Hooters girl or what ever. Sorry if the pics aren't the best.

If you do a magazine cover we were picking on him hard before the accident about having a show truck. Feel free to give him a hard time

There is no rush on this. He is still in intensive care and is heavily sedated. It will be a week or two before he can see clearly and understand the pics.
