Projects Photoshop Help Needed

I need some help.

Can someone either remove the front license plate from this truck or at least get rid of the white tape & remove any trace of the "CALIFORNIA" designation across the bottom?

I just want it to look like it did before they applied the white tape & not have any state designation legible.... or have it totally removed. It needs to look real though.

...& no, I'm not up to anything shifty. I just want a good picture of this truck without that boogered up looking tag on the front.

sorry i can not help with the photoshopping but i have to say i love that truck when i first saw it here and then on ebay. some ones got a good one.
