    Hi!

    Could somebody put some color and Wide Whites on my car. I would like to see what it would look like with dark copper colour and WWW. I´m lousy with computer so I can´t do it myself.
    It will take about 1/2 to 1 year before I get it to painter and I NEED inspiration.

    Thanks very much, Kaitsu

    Here you go... it's a hack job, I know. Did you chop that? the b pillars look raked forward, but the chop is subtle. I have a 50, and I'm wanting to chop it bad. Do you have pics of the mods you've been making? Car looks bichin!

    Nice car! What did you do to lower it? Drop spindles or cut the springs? I dig the stance that is about where I want my 51 to be.

    At the moment front is all original w/out springs, will get dropped spindles so i can have about 2" travel for front suspension, at the rear frame is bent i´am putting air bags in rearend so i can keep it low.

    Heh heh! Perhaps I should rephrase that Donzie: I very badly want to chop it! I just looked through the photo album that do***ents the chop, and man, this guy knows his stuff. It may be his first chop, but it sure isn't the first time he's fabricated. There's some great pictures in there.

    [QUOTE=stickylifter
    Why did you leave the trunk and decklid on the car and then cut it out later? Trial and error? Why not chop the entire roofline from the front all the way down to the back and move it all forward? Just curious. It turned out so sweeeet that it really doesn't matter! just seems like a ton of extra work. Gook luck![/QUOTE

    No trial and error, maybe just good luck. I think it was easier to chop the roof first and then put decklid back on the car. Extra work, maybe, but like you said it worked out nice, at lease thats what i think.
    Just remember it´s my first chop, hopefully next one is easier

    Man that thing is lookin' good! I like the photochop version with beer and donuts (and the Betty one, of course), but looking at your original photo makes me want to see it in black with old Halibrands (FWIW). Sure looks great in bare metal though! Congrats again on the work so far - beautiful.....
