Customs Photoshop Poll: Color choice for 1951 Mercury

I was thinking burgundy when I was reading the thread, but nothing tops black. You'll have to wash it a lot, though.

But I guess you'd have to watch a dark burgundy, too. I say black it is.

 

In the time frame we consider the classic era the cars were inspired by the luxury makes of then. Look at Cad, Packard, Lincoln and Imperial colors for ideas. Then add a little bit of metalic. But NOT teal.
