I was hopping someone could do some traditional looking 3 point scallops on my truck starting at the body line and ending at the back of the door looking for the thinner style thank you

I'm terrible at doing scallops, but is this kinda what you're after?

  4. C'mon man...if you can't make some color copies of your truck, and have at it with a ruler and a sharpie, you just aren't trying. Scallops are mostly straight lines. I designed the scallops on the '35 that way. I then laid them out with tape and newspaper, and spraybombed them on. Figured if they sucked, I could just sand them off and reprime the car. That's just lazy talking right there.

  5. Forget the Photoshop. Get some 1/4" masking tape and start laying it out to suit yourself. I did this for a friend's F-100 several years ago. He then Photoshopped the color. The photo is of the finished truck. DSCN0969.JPG

Here are a couple of ideas for three and four point scallops on a car very similar to yours.
Plain off-white and a complimentary burnt orange would both work, buy whatever you like
would work as well. Personally, I would stay away from dark colors unless they were striped
with something light. Maybe this will help.
