Hey ya Phil, go to Gen Star in Glendale, 63rd Ave just south of Glendale blvd. They have rebuilt two generators and two starters for me. Price has been very reasonable ($40 if you need just bushings and brushes, $80 if you need a new armature(sp) ), they do quality work and they usually have it done the next day. I recomend them highly. Best place in town, in my opinion.

if your in the east valley go to Genco Auto Electric on broadway. I had one done a couple years ago for 40 bucks.
