I ve done the usual searches trawled through the channeled and east cost threads but interior shots are thin on the ground. I'm building a 32 roadster channelled 6" or so and need some interior inspiration Lets see how you did it please , from basic to full show car anything goes
It's a '36, but it is channeled 6", so here ya go! Aluminum panels and speedster style seats, cheapo carpet from Home Depot, and leather from a really cool Bauhaus chair of my brothers that his pet rabbit gnawed the arm up on. I recycled it. Brian
This is not a 32 but is the interior of my 27, which is channeled 5 inches. When it was first done I wasn't crazy about it but it has grown on me and is really comfortable. I can travel for hours and the lumbar section he put in and the extra foam in the seat bottom really do help. It is also wearing really well and doesn't show dirt as bad as I thought the white would. One of the best things for comfortable driving and long distance riding is using seat springs in the seat. New seat springs can be order to your specifications from Car-Line Mfg. in Beaumont TX 409-833-9757, speak to Paul. A good spring(individual spring not assembly) is the one used in the seat bottoms of 23-25 T roadsters.
