Picking up where I left off ...when I was in my 20's ..finally got a 40s ride to restore ..1941 Ford business coupe. Is South Dakota ***led. ..In my mid 50s & broke down&bought a ride to work on .Ill be WORKing on it for sure ..needs a rear end ..Rear springs ...motor &trans...Good solid frame & Body too..Great forum here guys enjoy..
I'm a bit partial to 41's as my dad had one when he married my mom in 1946. It got traded for a Buick Sedanette after I was born.
I have grown to appreciate the 41 Fords, In my youth I thought they were ugly but I have seen some very nice examples that changed my mind. I also recall a time when the 52-54 Fords were the redheaded stepchildren in the Ford line up and they too have gained in popularity as the more desirable years have started drying up. HRP
Love those short door coupes. Be sure to share your project with us and don't be skeered of asking for help.
