    Any other HAMB members attend? These are a small sample of what was there. 8B448BEA-EC8B-42BA-ACC1-8AF1E15E3BBF.jpeg 6FB7614A-2BED-4B48-ACE5-5F6684BAB74C.jpeg 1E741872-0530-408D-99F3-B5B1655C8963.jpeg 074F675D-5DA3-4EFA-85E4-1E2CE8D89631.jpeg 04B83F39-8A93-4635-AC11-80084343DA9D.jpeg EFFA4588-861D-47DD-A00D-F0E4655B1DE9.jpeg 9A004E19-AA4A-4C4F-AF2F-C4FD7461EF42.jpeg 1693C7AA-339C-4297-8E2A-F8509517752D.jpeg 031A475B-10AC-400E-BFFF-5903E7861E39.jpeg 8192AD7A-704A-4EC5-A937-30349DD7BAD5.jpeg 3FC2F5DD-A02D-4988-BCA7-BDD3A4010D07.jpeg F1E818F6-9471-4EDD-BA9C-401F1FC62430.jpeg CD41DDA5-B880-4CC5-9DA6-0E1B366CB41E.jpeg B612A987-A07B-4705-80F7-DEE146E01343.jpeg 9FF8D3F9-0ED5-40C5-A404-5D1EB11196FE.jpeg 666EACAD-F508-4669-A833-B23785770BD1.jpeg EFEA78E1-55BC-4CC7-A29D-40D021FCA6C9.jpeg BD1C183D-AB93-4E66-8D70-7BDAB33C90A3.jpeg 40E9B6F2-CFFD-4DC1-B67D-D409A3BA6F1D.jpeg 0227AF2F-F821-4E21-93F6-73DF23AA16EC.jpeg 39736954-2176-47C9-B4FB-6B12A25249F4.jpeg

Nice but I've never seen Ryan charge anyone extra for hitting the make full tab so us old farts with old eyes can actually see them without having to enlarge each one.

Once you enlarge the first image just clic the arrows to the right side to go through the images...yeah they do look good bigger but I always say I'm just glad one took the time to get them up...sooo much stuff...

I did not. I went as there are fewer and fewer collections of this size coming up for sale and I enjoyed looking at it all.

  11. Wow, that's quite a collection. Thanks for posting the pics.
Where was this? If it was anywhere near me I may be busy kicking myself very shortly.....

  12. Thanks for the effort, looks like a lot of rust and hope. Did it look like the owner had anything they were enjoying?

I enlarged the pics, simply select "full image" when posting pics, it is soooo much better

I'll keep that in mind next time I post anything with pictures.
Staples. Told Harker about it but he was busy. I just found out about it Friday.

I have a feeling that auctions like this will start popping up more and more as the senior hobbyists p*** away and their children or grand children have no idea what any of this old stuff is.

Just shows you the importance of including your kids, or your kids' kids, or your neighbor's kids, or anyone you can spread the sickness to...

I'd love to hear what the prices were like, and if anyone here bought anything. Definitely some good hotrodding bits there based on those pics.

Some familiar sellers from our area were there making lists of what they wanted. Best guess is the bodies went to those guys while items such as frames, wheels and the like went to other resellers. Saw other faces that buy smalls for that big auction site. S****pers probably picked up pallets of engines, electrical stuff and the like.

  22. So here is a public service announcement to stuff the doors and running boards into the body they belong to, or when the day comes, the auctioneer will just sell them as one lot… 1F17667B-43E7-4F40-9DD8-16BE6250EA3B.jpeg

  23. Well, that's close enough. Not right in my back yard tho, and it's not like I need any more old car stuff anyway....
Hard to believe John was too busy to go check out old tin in the woods somewhere... :D;)

Got there at 8am and spent a hour looking in all the buildings and pallets of parts looking for anything interesting as far as cool aftermarket stuff and found none. Auction started at 9am and that’s when I left.

Definitely a “tin hoarder”. It’s a shame all those cars sat out in the weather for so many years, unloved. Hopefully some builders bought the better stuff…

  28. It appears he liked 59 Fords. :) I've been to several of these auctions. I leave with some sadness because someone is gone that may have had dreams of doing something. It's always interesting to see what people have collected. :)
