I also wanted to thank Mazooma1 for stopping by and hanging out. Its always great to have friends/HAMBers swing by and give me a break and a nice conversation.

    Looking good SloppyDude!
There won't be anything like it out there, thats for sure.
Thats a good example of what a traditional hot rod is.
    Congratulations!

Thank DynoDanny...I was gonna have its first show be the GNRS...thats actually why I built it but its going along somewhat smoothly so I might bump it up to Mooneye X-mas show. Im sure it could be done sooner, but I dont wanna rush it and Im also low on funds...

Got the lincense braket and lincense plate done. My buddy came over and helped me finish the floorboards. Brake lines run, just need to be blead. Gonna cover up all my fancy floor with insulation and try and start my home made seats. Pics to come this weekend. I think I might take a break though...Its just I think I need to step away for a sec instead of rushing this out.

I saw 5wbombers 32 cowel vent...I was gonna go that route, but brookeville is so damn expensive...I picked up my 34 vent at the sawpmeet for 20 bucks...And its about the same curve as the 31 cowl too!

Hey thanks...a few more things and itll go off to get interior...I still think I want its first show to be GNRS. Im having some problems with the door alignment and the visor isnt liningup anymore and I still have to paint the grill sheel and the headlight buckets before the striping. But the interior being finished would be awesome!! Thanks again and Ill keep y'all posted

  15. WTF! How did I miss this one? That's awsome! Usually I can pick something I don't like in a car,but i'm stumped. One things for sure,it doesn't look like the usual "thrown together for a show" car. What a nice car. Chrome, paint, great details. Can't wait to see the interior. Now i've got to go back and see the rest of the build. Keep those updates comin! Where's your shop? I'd like to come by and get a REAL looksy.

Thanks...you can come by anytime after 3 on the weekdays and anytime on weekends. Its not really a shop where i build cars professionally. I do this as a hobby like the rest of you guys. Yes its a lifelong passion (of a whopping 25 years now) and I wish I had my own shop to build cars in, but maybe on down the road Ill open a real shop and actually hire a fw guys so I dont have to do all this freakin' work! HAHA Speaking of which I better get my ass to work to pay them bills!

The light is a original Hollywood and the holder is something i made. It bolts to the backside of the light and bends out and under and I used the slider part off another frame mount.
Thanks for all the kind words guys. I think it should be done in a few months. I wanna drive it arround for awhile too and get the shakes and rattles outta it.
