I need some pic's of brake pedal and clutch pedal location. It would be great if you had measurements from the front crossmember to the pedal mount.

    Thanks

Do you not have a stock frame? The mounting holes are in the frame. I can send you some photos if you need them, but you might describe what you are attempting to do.

I do have a stock frame however some cut the brake pedal mount out and the x brace and weld there mount in.
I am putting a flathead back in the truck and a new x brace in I do not have the stock pedal mount for the truck.
I am not sure why they move it or if they just put a stronger mount in. Just trying to make sure it is in the right location in the frame.

    Thanks
    Guy

Without a stock X-member I think it would be hard to get the pedals back in the same location as the original unless you just want the general area. If you are using after market pedals andor hydraulic setup you may have to wing it as the bends in the original pedals would be a little hard to match. Where you want to end up is with a pedal on ether side of the steering column and as far forward as possible and still clear the block. The stock pedals almost hit the back side of the block.

Back of block is referring to the bellhousing on the 59a block.

    Thanks

That is not the pedal unit I have.

Looks like to me I am going to have to put the cab on and the motor in and put them where I need them.

    Those pic help a lot.

    Thank you again

    I am glad I asked.

Is it just the photos, it looks like the bracket for the brake is on the right-hand side of the car or mounted very far aft.

OK! Thought something didn't look right. Think your best bet would be to temporally set the cab on the frame and also attach the steering column and go from there.

This site (Cl***ic Performance Products) might give you a ball park idea of where to start.
    http://www.cl***icperform.com/Instructions/28-34-3.htm
The first drawing is of a Model A frame and the second of a 32 frame. The third is a 34 frame, but they use the existing frame member to locate off of, which you do not have, but might give you an idea of where they will end up. Are both sides of the frame X-member missing or just the drivers side?

Might be fairly easy to use the p***enger side as a reference to where you need to locate the pedal pivot point on the drivers side. You will have to built a bracket similar to what you have now.
