    Thanks for all the posts. I just purchased a '51 f1 and needed alittle motivation......It has the bigger f2 front fenders, which are cherry. Don't know it I should look for some f1 fenders or just put it back together and drive the crap out of it. Thanks again, Gary

    NORCAL, you and I have PM'ed before, I sent you a pic of the rear suspension, remember? I talked to you about the engine and trans mounting also. If not It's notched in the rear w/air bags over leafsprings, and a plymouth volare front clip. Jay:)

    Oneshot - great looking truck, but it's not a 48 through 52 so it's sortof in the wrong post.

    Great work though !

    Just picked up a '50 F-1 - will have pics up shortly, i hope....

    it's going to be a long road, though...

    Any more inspiration out there, specifically 48-50's?
