I just got this 32 and the guy I got it from says it is the only chopped channeled and sectioned 32 sedan around, so it is very rare.
I know this isnt true, so I told him I would get pictures of other ones from you guys.
So it would be great if you would post some here.
This car was built in the 60s and the guy I got it from bought it in the early 70s and it was stored in this building since then.
I talked with him about this car for 25 yrs and it finally followed me home yesterday.
    I like it!

I dont know what I am going to do with the car, I wasnt planning on buying more 32s, but I am addicted to them and cant help myself.
This guy liked wide aluminium slot mags, I also got 30 aluminium wheels with the car, and a few truck loads of parts.

I sure like the way you wean yourself from collecting deuce parts, Kelly. Hahahahahahahahaha. Nice score by the way.

And in an effort to stay on-topic...... Do you remember the deuce fordor that Tom McMullen (Street Rooder) ruined with the radical chop, channel and section in the magazine??

  14. The red version came to mind as soon as I read this thread.

  15. Great score Kelly! That thing is oh so cool! So where was it hiding?

I will never get my Mortgage paid off, so I may as well get more 32s.

Shiny, this one was about 7 miles from my house, and there are two more 32s coming in the next couple of weeks, one from your back yard on the Island.
I will post pics of them when I get them home.

Not sure the direction I will take on this sedan, I have 3 other cars to build first.
I need a lottery win to give me more time...........

Hey, that guy had a darn good security system for that garage....
How long did it take you to move all the junk so you could get the car out ??

The doors don't look sectioned??? So, is it just the back that was moved up with the wheel wells?

and, Yes I do recall the McMullen 4dr from his build series...never knew if it was finished or scrapped.

Bitchin Sedan. What are your plans? I vote dark paint, WW's and a mucho chromed out early 50's OHV V-8 (think Robert Lomas 34 coupe style).

I recall the McMullen 32 Sedan as being a 4 dr., chopped, channeled and sectioned. IIRC, Dick Dean was doing the work? I don't recall ever seeing it in a finished state.

  22. Holy Sh!t that deuce sedan is cool. I see it being built one of two ways:
1: Orange Crate style: full show & go hot rod
    [IMG]

2: Dave Stucky lil' coffin style: first gen i.e. full fendered, white walls & caps

I'm with you, it just looks sectioned behind the doors. Isn't the pinkees 32 sedan done like that too? I do like it and I vote for drag sedan.

That is a cool ride, and I agree that the doors & cowl don't look sectioned. I myself am torn on the look of a sectioned Deuce. I recently bought a sectioned sedan myself, and still haven't decided what I am going to do with it. One minute I dig it, the next I don't. Mine has had 3" taken out of the middle, and was done in the late 50's by the (then) 19 year old owner.
I, too would love to see more pics of sectioned sedans...wasn't there a black Tudor at Louisville this year? Inside the building? I didn't go myself, but I thought I saw one in the pics posted of the show....
I wish I had your ability to sniff out '32 stuff...

    You guys are right
The body is only sectioned on the rear.
I dont know if I really like the section either, I might unsection it, sell it or leave it, cant make up my mind what to do, I have no plans to work on it for a while, so it will sit for a while
