PAPASMURF is a complete pain in the ass, y'all are wasting your time showing him your handiwork. He doesn't have a clue, and is unlikely to build anything, ever! Mark my words.

    My 2 cents worth.

Why dont you fuck off. If you came here to bust my balls, go some where else. I was already initiated remember. If you come in here and make one stupid remark like that you obviously have nothing to teach me. Go hate on some one else. And I've built plenty of rides I'm sorry this is just going to be my first pre 60's rod...so bust my balls for being a newbie you gotta learn somehow. I'm willing to learn but at least I'm not Ignorant, trying to turn someone elses thread into a rant thread. You ben hangin round germ to long...

  6. Hi

Well you have alot of options. Only your imagination sets the limit.
My baby was 1K first time out and 500 of them were the tires and painting the rims. now 8 years later she's around 3K........ So you can have alot of fun for little money...

    Wow, I didn't realize 10K made me a goldchainer!
It must be the finished interior, wipers and chrome bumpers.

Yeah PAPADOUCHE, me and germ are boyfriends, we love to lick each others balls, which is what you can do to mine.
You're the fruitcake that started a post saying "Hey bunghole" what the fuck is that? You wanna know about buying bungs to split wishbones and that's how you ask?
Anyone that gives a crap reads about this shit. Yeah the HAMB is an awesome place to get info in a second, but I'd have to say you're taking a long, deep soak in the Calgon Ignorant bath instead of soaking in HOT ROD knowledge.
Just because these fine folks who bothered to respond to your request built a rod for X amount of dollars doesn't mean you can, and I'm willing to bet you won't be able to.

Stick to Volkswagens jackass. I'm not having a good night and I'm outta beer so go fuck yourself.

I have about $3500-$4000 in this I think i even paid too much for the car at $1250. I did get help with the paint job from a friend at $500 including materials. I gave it to him ready to paint and westsanded and buffed myself. Doing the interior yourself also will save$$$.

I'm a gold chainer?!!! Maybe a silver chainer, but I can't afford gold. Man I need to build a shelf for all my trophys now.........a very small shelf. I've got $12K in my ride and I did most of the work myself. Hell, the tires were $750! Most folks would think $12K is pretty low budget. I know guys that spent that on motors or paint. More power to the new class of hot rodders -- silver chainers. The under $10K guys can be german silver on a string rodders!

One of the club's grey-beards (sorry Henny, but you are a grey-beard [IMG]) fab-ed up the windshield from sheet aluminum and some windows we found at the local army surplus store. The guy at the place told us they were out of a fighter plane. He charged Ryan 20 bucks for the pair!

Ha Ha I like that, but I, and maybe more than you think, are the Tijuana silver that rubs off and turns your skin green type of rodder...

I'm not building a low buck rod for any reasons other than I dont have the money to add all the goodies on it, or build a more desireable model..

  30. Nice Post, Tons of motivation in that one. Thanks....
