Pics of my Baffled Lakes Headers!!

This past weekend I went to work on my lakes headers for my Big Block 402. I used motorcycle baffles out of an old Yamaha 650 that was laying around. Rather than mounting them with the pipe going in, I turned them around and had it sticking out. Gives them a WW2 fighter plane look! Special thanks to John at ABC Automotive. It was his idea. Haven't tried them out yet..wonder how loud its gonna be?

Yeah, Ed is right, you don't need the dump tubes anymore?

Let us know how it sounds, I like to not have those tubes as well.

It was my intention to eliminate the dump tubes as well. I may leave a small part just in case I want to add pipes later.
