......s****s.....I just got a cold chill looking at that photo of the Foxcraft shifter. I had a '55 Chevy 1st series pickup for a few years. When I bought it, it had a Foxcraft shifter. EVERY ****in' time it snowed, that ******* would hang up between gears. Never in nice weather, only when it snowed! It got to where I would carry a rolled up rubber mat and a hammer behind the seat. Other than that it was nice.
    REALLY nice looking "project".......

    QuickRod,
I'm here in Dayton, Ohio, real close to Englewood (exit 29, interstate 70). How about some pics of your 27??

S****s, that's a mighty fine car you've got going on. I dig it.
I bought me a universal type Foxcraft shifter like that to put on my '56 Packard engine. No dice, I didn't wanna chop it up b'cause it was in the origional box, so I hacked up a new Hurst.
When's the ETA for the T, I can't wait to see it done?

    Nads,
Not sure about a time frame yet. Trying to have it ready by summer. This dam [IMG]job I've got keeps me working all the time. Most of the core parts are there, just a lot of fab work to do, That shifter I have was over at my buddies house sitting on the shelf. He happened to get it in Nov. at a swap meet and bought it because it was still in the box and fit early ford 3 spds. Who'da thought [IMG]it would be put to use............

    Hey Stevie,
I'm gonna try to get it done by summer. If people don't stop ordering propellers, I'll never get it ready.

    Thanks Spooky,
Was gonna take that out and put a Flattie in it, but I think I can make this one work. Never worked with a Y-Block, but the pistons go up and down like all the others...
