Also this will most likely be the last year at the present location.
Well maybe thats what they put on the registration form. My buddy had a run in with a few last time. One tried to pull into his parking spot while he was in the middle of backing up.

There was a problem with controling access to the parking area. That's one of the reasons for changing the location. There are too many ways to get into the parking area.
