I have had problems posting pictures in threads. No matter what I do (and I have an extensive background in IT), I get small pictures when I choose "Full Image" and most of the time, multiple versions of the same pictures in various sizes. I can usually get this cleaned up by editing the post after it has "gone live", but this has bothered me for a long time. I'm not the only one. I'm sure we have all waded through threads with multiple identical images, sometimes to a ridiculous degree.

Today, for example, I made sure that I was positioned at the very bottom of the "Engine Stand" thread, but the pictures showed up at the very beginning. I was able to edit the post, cut the entries out, and paste them back in at the bottom, which worked. I'm mystified.

Is there some place where there are instructions on the proper way to post pictures and avoid all of this?

I’ve not had a problem, but recall you can select all as full image or individually. The very top “full image” is for all the pics.

make sure that when you select "full image" that your blinking cursor is after the words you typed. this will put the images after the typed words. so simply click after the words, make sure the blinking cursor is there. then select "insert every image as a full image" then click post reply

  4. Upload the pics first. Select “full image.”

Then put your curser up above the pic and write your text.

  5. I believe the app vs website is somewhat a issue also (plus the browser). I have a cell, use a tablet at work but choose archaic desktop at home.
