Mine only goes to 199 mph, sorry. But it is digital....and in my Tbird.

Yea I'm sure most people who are going 200mph+ are looking where they are going instead of trying to take a pic of their speedo. Unless they have a death wish

 

I think he's just looking for a speedo that is capable of reading 200mph. Not one that's reading 200 at the time the picture was taken. Though, I could be wrong.

Will a traditional hot rod do 200?

 

Assuming that you're not talking about a car that's been heavily Bonneville prep'd (in which case you may not consider it a "traditional hot rod" any more) then no. You could drop it from an airplane and, depending upon it's aero drag, its terminal velocity would likely be over 200.

 

I like the fact that it goes up to 200!!!

My S-W speedometer only goes to 160 MPH.

I have to wind this one around twice to go 200. But the car vibrates at anything over 180, so I don't do it too often.

im pretty sure once your going fast enough to need a 200 speedo you can just mark 200 on your tach and work out how many rpms you would be turning in order to be going that fast(Big Red Style)
