pinner whites

I want to run a 14" 5-4 3/4 chevy steel wheel with the smallest tire available with a whitewall. Does any one know what the smallest tire available is????
I figured its ganna have to be a radial with a small whitewall>>>>>

I've looked at the cooker site but all they have are really expensive bias-plys 5.20's I'm looking for a cheaper alternative

 

i think the smallest pinner whitewall in 14" would be a 70 series
