Hello Everyone! I'm Pinstriper40, a young 20 yr old hot rodder from Fergus Falls, MN. I have a 1940 ford tudor sedan deluxe that is almost done, and I'm starting on (NEXT WEEKEND!) a 1929 model A coupe that will be chopped, channeled over a z'd and pie cut frame. The '40 is my first hot rod, and I got it when I was fifteen. It's running a 1952 8BA flathead with an Offy super dual intake, two 8BA carbs, mallory ignition, Red's headers, it's bored .040 over, and just yesterday I acquired a like-new set of Sharp finned aluminum heads that were bought in 1953, ran for a couple years, and stored for the last 50 or so years in a ba*****t. If you have any info on those, I've got a post in General Discussion about those too. I'm going to college, and building hot rods. I live in my shop in a loft over my brother in-law's model A roadster. I started pinstriping a couple years ago and have striped 20 or so cars already after only a year of practice. I dunno, that's about it. I should really be doing homework now I suppose. -Pinstriper40-
He does not post very often but their is another hamb name {pinstriper} on the hamb I home this does not cause confusion.
I got the "Anyone can restore a car..." line from an old hot rodder by the name of Terry Duklet. it's written on my visor for my '31 A sedan that I bought from him.
I got my frame pie cut for my A coupe tonite... soon I will have a A build thread. As soon as I figure out how to shrinkthe file sizes of my pics.
