A good striper will follow their vision, so look at the work they’ve done and see if it suits your wants.

Keep it simple and traditional on your coupe, have a little on my V8 A but not a lot. image0 (1).jpeg image1 (1).jpeg

To me, the look of your car lends itself to panel striping.....think some white or cream would look kick ass.

Done by Mitch Kim. There are lots of little details that can’t be seen in this photo too.

I agree, that A would look good panel striped!

To me, less is most attractive. Just enough to highlight and show the body detail. I'm thinking a stripe or two along the body line, beltline, whatever it's called.

Personally panel striping is too busy, but that's just my personal taste.

Here is some on my A. I just let the striper have his way with it. Some on the dash as well. 20200526_164955.jpg 20191126_140942.jpg

  10. Consider doing some on your painted wheels.

Back in the day, were pinstripers using more than one color when they striped a car? Just curious.

From what I recall they used a bunch of colors, not just one.

Like previously said, the Pinstriper will usually figure it out. Just my opinion though, I liked the use of ivory color on mine along with some red. My car is burgundy and I think it looks great. Kid had a great imagination. I just let him do his thing. 031C540D-3AAB-47C2-B4BD-DF2FDF266905.jpeg
