Ron Myers, at work doing his usual excellent job. I keep trying to think of things for him to stripe....
Sorry Rust Junkie , but the striping you're asking about is on the front of a tow truck. Not that glamerous !
Nice stripes out here!! Here's some practice I did on my guitar. And Herb Martinez striping our '54 Tokheim gaspump. We met Herb on his "Europe tour 2008" at the Bottrop Kustom Kulture show in Germany. After the Bottrop car show he came to Holland, and we took a trip to Amsterdam. After a few days of showing wooden houses, wooden shoes and wooden windmills, Herb learnt me the basics of pinstriping.
Here are a few on my 1932 Hot Rod Lincoln. Sorry for the glare from my flash. I have the car at the pinstriper ( Asher Emerson Po Boy )today to add a few more on the firewall before the show this weekend in Chandler AZ. Frenchy
Here's a little something for all you fans of flat black w/ a gloss black contrast . Silver leaf w/ candy red and white striping . A little twist on traditional .
Just start to stripe and did some try-outs, like this "Toolbox" (dutch bread box). Need a lot more practice before I want to stripe my Merc..... I really like the "signature" pistons .
I am a beginner at striping but I enjoy doing it. I wish I was good enough to branch out, need lots more practice.
Needless to say Im a big Ron Myers fan. Koolest guy I know.... Cross T Shirts . Wicker Spider Rat fink (back of a sedan) My dash My Mercs trunk deck (a few years ago) Back of a pink Caddy Koolest Merc Trophy
