Pinstriping tips wanted

Hey there, I've seen alot of awesome pinstriping work on various posts here in just a short time. I was wondering if there is any books or websites that I can check out that could get me started (what paints and brushes to use, prep and finishing). I saw Big Daddy Roth has a ton of books out on it. Has anyone read them, and if so, do they help out a beginner? Thanks for any info

I'm a lot better at talking and socializing, but I hope to learn quite a bit this year. I haven't gotten much better in the past year, but I have managed to wear down a couple of brushes........ Planning on making it all three days and bringing my wife. Maybe I can unlearn some of my bad habits?? Is Brian still around and coming??

Spider went to AZ, and decided it wasn't for him. I'm glad he changed his mind. And yes...he will be coming to the jam (as will Rob.)

As far as giving lessons goes...the only thing I can teach is how to have painter's block whenever I attend a meet. Good thing this shindig is 3 days long--maybe I can come up with something by the end.

[/ QUOTE ] I've got that lesson learned just fine thanks.In fact,I don't even have to go to an event to have a creative block.Now if you could teach me how to get/stay unblocked,without the use of artifical stimulants,THAT would be something worth learning.

 

i love to stripe...how do you get in on an event like this?....doesn't sound too far to travel
