Pipe organ speaker grills

go out and get a small section of 1" copper pipe and make them outta metal, being copper, they would chrome easily. If that doesn't suit you, make it with thin wall steel pipe, you can blast and powdercoat them.

Yeah, nightprowlers has them. In there catalog.

 

Yes, I don't know if they still have them but I remember J.C. Whitney selling them in the 70's.

 

Plastic tubes, glue, paint & patience......
