Well, I will start out by saying that I have learned a lot in a short amount of time by being on this board. I had a friend recommend me and I am impressed by the amount of talent and creativity that goes along with the membership. I have always loved custom vehicles and scooters and my addiction started early when at age 3 we acquired a rup mini-bike. I progressed to other two and four wheelers and have come to realize that after I finish building a car or scoot I have to sell it cause it is no fun after it is finished.

I have a 70 Triumph hardtail, a 64 VW bug and just acquired a 66 Chevy C-10 fleetside. I have been on the jockey journal for a while and know that it started on this thread. The bike has Ceranni forks, Borriani wheels, Barnet hubs, Barnes seat and a bolt on hard tail with some other goodies. The VW is a european model with a 4" narrowed beam, dropped spindles, BRM wheels and a few other things. The 66 I picked up is the current project and has a nasty 355ci motor, 350 trans, 12 bolt rear, and I have a grocery list of items to put on it. I will lower and bag the truck while doing a 5 lug disc conversion and other upgrades.

My screen name is Pipeworx as that is the name of my business I run after my usual 9 to 5. I am a certified tig welder and mostly build chromoly cages for drag cars along with tube chassis and the occasional motorcycle frame and modifications. I have had all types of bikes and cars and really enjoy fabricating metal and hope it will lead me to a shop where I can learn more and apply the skills I have.

Well, thanks for the opportunity to join this website and the use of all information that is contained within. I also went ahead and became an alliance member to help show my support of this site. Matt from Austin, Texas.

Small world. Whats going on Matt? How have ya been? Its been too long. Hows business? Busy as usual? Call a guy sometime.

For those that need a testimony of his work, I can say that it is top notch. I was lucky enough to get some work done last year and it was all a work of art.
