piston rings

I have a pile of piston rings that came with a box purchase.All are Perfect Circle rings. I want to ident them as to which engines they fit.Numbers are: 4291,4510,4779,4900,5877,8821,40030,40031,40071,40101,40135,40123,40144,40201,40590,40591,40639....these are from a shop that closed early sixties so probably from late fifties etc.....thanks for any help.A.J.
