No crashes, that is just common driving. One car starts turning left and once he edges into traffic and stops the oncoming cars, then the guy behind him will just go and they both drag race up the side street. This doesn't happen just once in a while, I would say three out of four times that I observed.
It only seems like a few years ago that they were importing the pre-war Ford convertables from Argentina. There was a doctor down there that had a list of desirable Fords every month in Hemmings. Must have all dried up by now.
I didn't get the chance to go around, the '70 Mercedes I gave to the family got stolen. No such thing as insurance to cover that. I'm not going to buy them another car.
