I made it back after only being there friday. It was a really good show for only being friday. I can only imagine today and tomorrow. I'll try and get some pics up for you guys.
HAHA, bad info, he didnt sing her arm, but that sure is what it sounded like over those cheap walkie talkie things. I guess thats what I get for using something won at a cruise night raffle. Paso rocks, met lots of HAMB'ers and saw lots of other HAMB'ers rides. Cab was in full blown "Rock Star mode", when I finally saw him by his car he was busy talking to some old dude so I never got the chance to say hi. The HAMB meeting was cool, lots of guys showed up, then we kind of split up and 5 of us went to have lunch and check out some cars together. It's cool to finally meet some of you guys in person and see some of the cars up close instead of just pictures. I need to get going on my truck so I'm not just a spectator next year.
Yorgatron - Got a call from Fedsled (My Son) You were the first Hamber He Mentioned. Said this Huge Man came heading towards Us, (He and K-Member) Didn't know Him and they were hopin like Hell He wasn't Pissed off for some reason! Well It was You. Said You were the coolest Old Dude He's Met. He also said drivin a chopped Merc down there was like drivin a toyota up here. Everyone has em. Well, next year Me and OldBeet are going for sure! Your'e sposta keep an eye on Yer yungins arent Ya ! Fonzis Merc is too cool. No chop No wheelwells. And The tailights and bumper on the flamed one WOW! the black 51 in the park I didnt notice at first its a 4 door coool car. Keep the pic's coming !!!!! FEDER
From the pictures the park didn't look like it was super full like usual. Was attendance down this year? Thanks for the early pictures! E
In my pics the park looks failry empty cuz by the time I got my camera and started taking pics a lot of people had alreeady started to head out. When I got there (around 2), the park was full, and in antoher post someone stated that the show was full with 850 cars pre-registered.

cool pics. Do you have a back shot of the '60? I wanna see what kind of custom work was done to the rear.
I was at Paso on Saturday, great show. Meet Evil, Zombie & Cab. I was trying to find Groucho, but didn't know what the heck he looked like. Oh Well, still love the coupe. I have tons of pics (450). Here's a few. Sean
Holy christ, does anyone have more pics of this car: http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=93490 Drew
Here are the last pics for now, still tired from the drive home. The last one is a Ford Capri, I think Nads has or had one??? Neat little car. Sean
Drew, here are two more of the coupe. It was my favorite of the whole show, I have more, but it's nap time. Sean
It was built over here in the UK by a guy called Pete Tyas....scalloped by Hamber artist Chris Frogett Monkey
cool pics. Do you have a back shot of the '60? I wanna see what kind of custom work was done to the rear.
Nah thats the only shot i took of the car, sucks i took about 6 photos for the whole day. L
Was the Tbird shown about (pink) Lownslows wife;s.. I know they were working on it and it was going to be some form of pink or purple? Paso rules............. wish I could have made it
Whoa Sean 72, who owns this? I've got one, I don't dig the wheels, but some hubcaps and whitewalls would set that old Capri off.
Well, actually this Deuce Coupe was built by Jon Golding of Homegrown Hot Rods. The car was featured in several UK mags and Pete Tyas already had it over there for the Oakland Roadster Show some time ago.Well known car, also was in American Rodder but without the scallops then. sean72,thanks for the pics ! It's cool to see the new paintjob of the Garcia Ford.Actually thought the car would receive a shiny coat someday but it seems they still dig suede. By the way,any more pics of the purple Merc ?
Most of these pics must have been taken when everyone was leaving as between noon and 5pm the park was absolutley packed with cars and people. You could hardly walk thru it. It was awesome! Met Cleatus and Mercury Charlie. Missed the HAMB meet.
I'm pretty certain it belongs to a HAMBer here in the desert, man, I can't remember the user name though. It's even better looking in person, a real jewel. I believe it's also super rare, only a handful in the country, but if'n you got one, I imagine you know that...
Nads, I don't know who owns it. It was one of the last pics I took, it just caught my eye and I remembered someone on the HAMB saying something about these things. Here are the other two pics of it. And yah, it needs a new wheel & tire combo. Sean
