Ok, I'm a culinary school graduate, didn't like it and went back to school for an automotive degree. I just finished up a year ago, and have been busy doing side work while working at Central Market HEB selling fish. Yes, fish, hence the screen name. I'm a car nut. Every year we make a pilgrimage up to Michigan, aka "The Welfare State," and go to a half a dozen different automobile museums and airplane museums. I love cars, trucks, motorcycles, airplanes, trains, anything that moves under it's own power, and yes, bicycles. I picked up welding from the tool guy at school, he gave me some private lessons, starting with soldering and working up to Arc welding, very cool. Apparently I have a very steady hand and a knack for burning metal in very smooth ways. I don't hold much predjudice towards what kind of cars I like or dislike. I really like European cars, and motorcycles. Rat rods hold a certain place in my heart, along with 29-50's trucks. I'm a nut, a fishy nut at that!
