Please help identify this clock

Cleaning up my Dad's estate and have stuff I can't identify. Any help appreciated.
Only markings are paint stamped in ink and say NOV 1952. Some of the other stuff I'm finding seem to be Buick but never remember one.

It looks like a Cadillac clock to me.

Anything dated Nov 52 would be for the 53 Model year which went on sale in Sept-Oct 52.
