  2. Holy ****!!!! Someone with a genuine interest in her art and OURS comes here asking for help and all she got from a few boneheads is mysogynistic denigration and truculent derision (go look 'em up you knuckle dragging mouth breathers!!) who wouldn't have the balls to say it to her face. You cowards know that if you got your ride in her book you'd be the first to take a copy into the ****per and beat your meat like it owed you money because you're now somehow 'better' than everyone else since you've been validated in print as one of the self annointed carriers of the 'traditional' torch.

To all those who set such a poor example, you can say or feel what you want about me. I don't give a flying **** what you think of me. Flame away. I've been berated by better than you and lived. in the past I've been the ***hole you are now but here's the difference - I've grown past the level of your stunted *****cent machinations.

You kind of talk funny - where are you from? Or are you just pissed off?
What does "up them thru" mean?
You talk like a pirate in the second paragraph - are you a pirate?
See, If you had done an intro we would know the answers to these, and I'm sure many other questions that the guys have.
Why not make your book a pop-up book? I've never seen a hot rod pop-up book.
Well, nice talking to you, and good luck 'n stuff.

This is why I don't have many GIRL friends... see how she keeps coming back... just can't let it die? That's such a girl trait.

"I WANT COFFEE AND DONUTS"??? wow, I did not know Crispy Creams and Starbucks was so popular or important in Hot Rodding?

Gee, anytime I had a car in a mag or book, I actually DID make money on it like anyone else could or should since build your **** sell it and buy or build another project then the 50 year same car thing, no its not on here is a $1.50 in a cup of coffee and donuts or even paid up front, it was when I SOLD IT SON, that it does help to show it was published.
****, I can buy a cup of coffee and ****’n donut anytime, but not get’n published, don’t think I can even BUY that kind of thing, can ya?

On the coffee and donuts, **** that. I would bring my own 6-er in the trunk and if its "I NEED TO BE PAID", **** get real, you would make it back if ya ever sell her, shown some Jap or Newbie, HEY ITS IN A BOOK!

Annie, don’t worry about the flamers, if their cry'n this bad already because they have sand in their ******, then better NOW then having them cry on the shoot, I cant stand ****s who always want to know what's in it for me, how about hav'n some fun SON!

**** old days of clubs actually helped the community, like my father did in the Norwalk CA car clubs in the 50's & early 60"2, March of dimes, car washes for the Salvation Army etc, **** BACK THEN would give his left nut to be able to have their club or ride published.

Hang in there Annie, but next time bring a squirt bottle for anyone that may run up to ya scream'n with sand in their ******.

Hey hey hey, it ain't me that was was bein' trucculent, I was just trying to help someone with their professionalism, maybe learn her a thing or two, not deride or denigrate her misogynistically with my *****cent machinations.:D A nice gesture of some kind might convince a few otherwise hesitant people to be patient with the process. Hell, let's call it TECH: bring donuts or beer to a photoshoot, it helps keep the other people busy while you concentrate on lighting, shutter speed, f-stops, depth of field, and in her case (and mine, I have a magnificent ***, ask around), unwanted ***ual advances.:D

The second post was an attempt at humor, like this one.

**** I feel old when I go to a car show or event most of the people fixin up the cars themselfs are the kids, which I think is pretty cool. Like my good ol'days of no money so got to work with what you have. Now alittle older, **** it I want it I buy it!

And regards to Miss Annie, she is straight up, works on her own ****, rebuilds her own carburetor, goes to the salt races, got tat's that would rise the dead and even has her own car club, yep living the life, but like she asked, "please help me if you can" so that usually means needing a hand, then "hey, I want this and I got that to give, to get what I want". She is very involved in helping many other wrench benders and grease'y kids with the rides, so she was just asking for help and if she had the money, she would put it out there (which she pretty much does all the time), but she does not with so many things going on and "not being rude" still a chick with out a sugar daddy, so step up brothers.

And I do understand what the deal is with keeping the boys busy, while the shoot is going down, I run CHOPTOPINC.COM, and connect photographers, hot rods and models, but I got some coin in the pocket so yes, I keep the boys busy while their p***ed out drunk I am tossing ***y ladies all over the hood and roofs, damn them waves are hard to get out a roof when a models *** imprinted it, but **** it looks great for the photo shoot and trust me, it does help in re-sell value a NEWBIE or Japan buyer FLIPS and will pay more if its published then having $2000.00 in the motor, since they mostly dont give a **** how fast it goes anyways.

I build my cars for me, and if they only make sense to me, that's okay. I understand my own meaning of "traditional", and entusiastically embrace it (in a manly way). I read/reply with the HAMB because it's good to see what other nuts like me think about things.
But every once in a while a post like this comes along that just makes me laugh my *** off.
She probably thought she meant well at the start, but it was just one of those days she shoulda stayed in bed.
So-Cal at 6:00 AM to have my car admired and captured for posterity by someone cognizent of what traditional rodding means? I probably would do it if I didn't live 2,000 miles away.
Ohio at 7:30 PM reading this diatribe from a fellow Newbie who just wants to finish an Art project ? A true delight and priceless.

  27. 4t64rd,

The beef wasn't with you, rest ***ured. I did see your tongue was in cheek.

I just though some of the remarks were over the top and uncalled for. Call me old fashioned, but I get bent outta shape when I see a lady asking for help and getting grief instead. Unless, of course, it's ex mother in law, but then again, I said "lady".

And by the way, I have heard that your *** is indeed MAGNIFICENT!!! God surely smiled upon you.:D

    Why, you're welcome. I've never had a F-1 - I've always been a GM kind of guy. I did have a model F-1 when I was real young...39 or so....:D

that is so true. i wish i could get my car published. all she asked for was a helping hand in taking pictures of your car. that one day might get published and you could come out to her art show. that way people can drool over the pics then walk outside and see the real thing.

If all you guys want is food.... HELL i'll go down to pizza hut and the liquor store to keep you guys feed for 2 hours. it's not even my show and i'm willing to help her out..

I believe doughnuts were mentioned. Doughnuts and hard liquor may be what it takes to turn this crowd around. Then again, hard liquor can make some people angry and may make the situation worse. Doughnuts, on the other hand, make most people happy. I just had pizza for dinner and now I'm full.
