Technical Please help me identify this balancer...

As I continue to address this pile of unidentified parts, I find myself once again questioning, what does this actually fit? Tonight's part in question is the balancer pictured here. If anyone knows what it fits and or what it's worth, I'd love to know. If you need better pictures or more information, just let me know. I look forward to learning something new, yet again. You’ll need adapter. Hehe.

 

It's very similar to the ones that are on late 40's/early 50's Buick Straight Eights

What are you using to get these parts so clean?

 

This was glass beaded. What you are seeing is the bare metal after doing so.
