you made a statement in post 3 that wasn’t any thing to do with the original posters question and some others got off track and turned the thread into glass versus steel. (seems to happen quite frequently here).

I am hoping that he bought the nice looking hot rod (that he stated in his opening sentence was a replica) and is out there enjoying it without the rubbishing comments he got by coming here………

Fiberglass bodies sell for 7k to 9k then you have to build a car. That car looks like it's worth 30k+, 10k Body, 10k chassis, 10k engine & running gear.
