you made a statement in post 3 that wasn’t any thing to do with the original posters question and some others got off track and turned the thread into gl*** versus steel. (seems to happen quite frequently here).

I am hoping that he bought the nice looking hot rod (that he stated in his opening sentence was a replica) and is out there enjoying it without the rubbishing comments he got by coming here………

Fibergl*** bodies sell for 7k to 9k then you have to build a car. That car looks like it's worth 30k+, 10k Body, 10k ch***is, 10k engine & running gear.
