It used to be legal here in the 60's. Then one day a Senator's daughter came home with a tattoo. That was the end of it. I bet it said "I Love Root"
Not any more. All of the bleeding hearts came out of the woodwork. I used to go to em all the time. Part of the culture here. Not any more.

The Senate p***ed it but barely......the House will have to p*** it and a bunch of the "influence" guys are against it. Most folks just cross the state line IF they want one. Most I have seen are terrible.....sort of like a Maaco paint job......covered but NO STYLE or taste..... .
