Who's car?(mfg) wider view? Back then( looks like 30's) basic dash would be lights wipers, cigar lighter, ash tray, choke/throttle, radio controls maybe heater.
Is the bottom one not an ashtray? the upper I believe was a throttle cable. Been awhile since I have had a 39 so I might be wrong.
Yep, throttle and lighter on the left. I found a woodgrain ashtray laying on the rear floorboard and I was going to ask where it went next. I****umed back of the seat maybe. I must be missing a bracket or something because it’s flat on the backside
The original knobs are often missing, but re pops are availble, I think I got my knobs from bob Drake?? here is the dash in my 39 right after paint and****embly. The Lighter is the hard one, as the original knob will only fits the early element, I believe a 37 to 40 element will work. I'm still looking for one.....
Thanks everyone, I never noticed that was an ash tray. It looks like I just need to purchase the handle for it and the choke.
