I did a search and couldn’t find anything on this so here goes. Does anyone know how to separate the intake and exhaust manifolds for the 215-223? I don’t have a digital camera so I can’t post any pics but I’ll try to explain. I have an Offy tri power intake and on the bottom in the middle there are three holes to mount it to the exhaust. Kind of like this…

There is a bolt that goes through a hole in the exhaust manifold and threads into the stock intake. So that would take care of that hole that’s by itself out front. It’s the other two I can’t figure out. I have an old cracked exhaust manifold attached to a good intake so I broke open the exhaust with a coal chisel and there are two holes inside but it looks like they just have studs or pins in them. Any ideas?

I have mine off and apart and I remember having the same issue as you but I don't remember what the solution was. I remember there definitely being a hidden bolt in there somewhere. If you send me a pm I'll give you my phone number so you can call and remind me to look at it or send you a picture this weekend.

I fugured it out. It's really obvious, I just wasnt paying attention. Where the carb goes on there's a bracket for the throttle linkage. You just need to undo the nuts that hold that on. The studs for it are screwed into the exhaust manifold and go through the intake. Thanks for the help though!
