Technical Please ID this hubcap aircleaner

I'm using this hubcap I found in a free pile at Hershey as an air cleaner top. I would really appreciate someone ID-ing the year and model Ford it came off of. Thanks.

 

I don't have a clue as to what car or truck it was originally on,but I would like to know also. HRP

Those are 1961-2 dog dish or poverty caps. Not '59.
