Having been there too with our last baby, I can't even read a thread like this without getting all twisted up inside. It makes you want to rip organs out of your own body to help your kid when it happens. I'm glad to hear that things are getting better. It's amazing the advances that are being made everyday. I wouldn't call anything a lifelong condition in this day and age. CONGRATULATIONS ON A BEAUTIFUL BABY. Prayers and best wishes to your family.

 

My wife and I will have you in our prayers. When my twins were born we spent a week in the hospital because they wouldn't eat. That was stressful enuf, I can't imagine what it would be like with anymore time at the hospital. I have a soft spot for kids so this thread got to me. Prayers are a powerful thing, they bring people closer and help the miracles happen!
