If you don't stretch the wheelbase, how deep do you need to dish the firewall to fit one in - if any?
HOLY JEEESUS WTF ? Depends on if ya use the "A" frame or a '32. My buddy had a '30 Roadster and if i remember right they just removed the stock firewall & turned around backwards. My '30 has a Hemi & stock firewall, But used a '26 Chrysler frame with a 107" wheel base.. Pretty much looks like it on a '32 chassis. Did the extra work to make it look "CORRECT" in visual appeal as i CANT STAND the stretched out over exageratted wheel base that seems to be the newest form of TRADITIONAL Hot Rodding.
dude ya said the before. i know the car is a cluster. and what i've learned and done/redone on this one has focused what i want/need to do on the next one. which right now it looks like it'll be a t rpu on a stock A frame with a flathead our a 4cly 5spd. and i'm haveing fun and it will be tits on dirt
