Hot Rods Plymouth/dodge computer geek needed

My Buddy is building a 38 Plymouth two door sedan. He has put a 360 ci engine and auto trans out of a 1996 ram 1500. He needs some one who works on these types of computers for a hot rod configuration. He already had some one screw it up saying he the man.....he has since left town. Does anyone have a GOOD referral who know what to do on reprogramming these computers? Help
