Where was it taken,,,,,,,,,,,looks like Ive seen the car in the Portland area(71-79) back in the day.......maybe from Ron Compton??...........

 

Love that photo! We used to flat tow cars with other cars like that all the time. No problem until you had to stop suddenly!
