Technical Pontiac Clutch Question Zoom HP-1862

I got this clutch in a parts buy, looks pretty serious. Zoom HP1862-1

Looks like it is a 1959 1960 Pontiac, 12 inch HD.

What motor, car would have had this set up?

Thinking would be great in some type of drag
car / Gasser.

59/60 Pontiac would be a 389 cu in.

 

Should fit a 59 GMC 336 which was a smaller bore 389.

 

I’d build some extra mechanical advantage into your clutch linkage and make sure the z-bar is up to the task.
