All of these are 1958 Pontiacs. My mildly customized Bonneville. A pic I stole off Ebay A pic I stole from Rikster Larry Watson 1958 Pontiac
Here's my current money pit/ project: A 1957 Pontiac Safari wagon, one of 1,292 made that year! It needs serious love, but should be worth it....
Here's another of those 1,292 that has been a "garage queen" since 1979.Ex-racer that belonged to a good friend.
Here is a link to a few that are the other side of custom... http://albums.photo.epson.com/j/AlbumIndex?u=4063319&a=30792627&pw=
Not exactly a custom but it's my Pontiac restorod and my future project convertible. Both are 1931's. My four-legged buddy in the second pic is named Coupe. Seemed fitting.
Heres some of ours the 49 is an old one we had in 96-97, the 61 we currently have and the wagon is a buddy of ours. It was a 62 Catilina 4 door wagon he changed it to a 2 door Grand Prix.
I have a '64 Bonneville Sport Coupe that has been in storage since '86... I've dumped the money and time into her this Spring, to finally have her back on the road. My difficulty has been with what direction to follow in terms of customizing her. I think most Pontiacs look so damn good from the factory, that it is easy to screw them up by not thinking it through... The pictures provided, give me some really great ideas! Thanks!! Tony B.
damn. Need to find one older than 64. Most of mine are A or F body. Would kill for a 40 coupe or a 60-65 2dr cat..
my Chevy and ewrecks Pontiac. this Pontiac belongs to a fellow woodie club member.. Its probably my favorite wagon of all time
All these awesome shots of Pontiacs (an undervalued source of cool custom material in my opinion) and the man who started it all hasn't posted a single shot of his awesome '54! C'mon Dave - where are they?? nooch
