My Name is Phil. Most people call me Red. I live in Dyer , Indiana about 20 minutes east of Chicago, Il. I currently am working on a 1950 Pontiac Chieftain More Door. Yeah, I have two of them...'51 sedan parts car\daily driver, '50 business kustom project (both 2-doors) and plenty of extra parts.

I was on the P.O.I.C., but got tried of the same old restoration stories and Smoke Signals seemed to be a reprint ever issue.

Lurked around the H.A.M.B. for years before joining,...and I haven't been the same since?!

Thanks for the welcome guys. I have been a member of POCI ( Pontiac-Oakland Club International) and Pontiac Registry.com for years and i can say i must agree with you about Smoke Signals. They were great at first but now they just bore me. POCI doesnt even have their Forums up and running yet and its been almost a year. When i inquired as to why they werent up yet i was told that its expensive to run a forum. I responded with " Its expensive to be in your club too but i manage" I never heard got a response.

Oh Well , I dont need their Forum. There is plenty of other forums out there for me to explore and get some knowledge from.

Thanks again for the welcome all you guys. Im more of a lurker on Forums other than Pontiac Registry and OSR , But im around.
