Norm , not going to dispiute what you say , I am only relaying what we were told by the so called "experts" as a lot of Pontiacs records were destroyed in the 60's when they went to magnetic tape , and basically unless its a O/t car there is hardly any information for us to use . .as I get older I am seeing more of the mistakes or blatant misinformation these people have spewed over the years as gospel , most of its crapy research on there part and there inflated egos . and untill we get someone like you who tells us, we relay misinformation . you forget most Americans don't care what cars people drive In Canada , hell half of them still think the RCMP ride horses and wear red uniforms and there name is Dudley..and not a modern Nation . so my freinds car ( 50 2511 style body ) that came from Toronto might not be correct as it has a chevy frame and a chevy 6 ??
and I have to say this guy knows his stuff , I followed a few of his stories on another forum . this guy eats drinks sleeps Pontiac . and his daily driver is one and not a trailer queen it pulls a trailer allover the US. never had the chance to ask you how did the 265 project work out on the fuel milage ??
